The Five Frogs on a Log is a fun and engaging double-sided resource designed to help young children develop a solid understanding of numbers 1 to 5. Help young learners develop a strong grounding and sense of numbers as they enhance their cardinal understanding of numbers while developing their counting skills.

The frogs and log are blank on one side to develop children’s early number sense, and on the reverse the frogs have dot patterns up to 5 and the log has the numerals 1 to 5, facilitating the teaching of matching and ordering and counting up and down. Children will enjoy playing problem-solving games to work out what’s missing or what’s wrong based on the order and position of the frogs.

This fun and playful resource is made from FSC-certified beech and pine, making it durable and safe for children aged from 18+ months. This set includes the log base and 5 frog characters. As well as a free downloadable activity sheet.
