This multipurpose cube introduces children to a range of numeracy concepts as they count the cubes and construct them into a single cube.  The hinged storage box provides its own dexterity challenges to younger children. This particular cube introduces children to "The Power of 2" as children view the multiples and divisions of 2 as pieces double in size from their previous piece.
