Exercise Die Add-On
The NYDA Exercise Die Add-On is a heavy-duty 6-sided die with additional exercises that can be used with the NYDA Exercise Dice (Pair) or individually. The Exercise Die Add-On has fitness and exercise instructions including arm circles, knee lifts, crab crawl, shuttle run, lunges and bicycle crunches. Use the Exercise Die to teach young children new skills and developmental activities that assist in the development of their fine and gross motor skills, strength, fitness and flexibility.
