Exercise Dice – Pair
The NYDA Exercise Dice (Pair) are heavy-duty 6-sided dice. One die has fitness and exercise instructions including star jumps, push-ups, leg lifts, sit ups and tuck jumps. The other die has large printed numbers (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30) to indicate how many reps of the activity should be completed. Use the Exercise Dice to teach young children new skills and developmental activities that assist in the development of their fine and gross motor skills, strength, fitness and flexibility.
