Children's developing resilience and their ability to take responsibility for their own needs promote a sense of independence and confidence. An important achievement for children in their developing independence is to be able to dress themselves and take responsibility for their clothing requirements.

Each dress frame contains a different challenge for children to overcome, supporting common aspects of dress and clothing. Children will be practicing their hand-eye coordination and fine motor dexterity as they practice managing a variety of buttons, buckles, laces, hooks and ribbons.
